Last time I checked on Suicideboys, your body looked pretty "loaded".

Unless you magically look less loaded when you're naked - and I doubt that - then you're fine. Seriously.

Ahhh... that's understandable. Still though: a lot of people would kill for what you already have.

Aren't you wayyy under model age still anyway?

Ahhh... well, I guess start toning on yr own & worry about yr mom when the time comes to model. Seriously though: I think a lot of ad campaigns would accept you the way you already are, but I can understand the toning thing.

And that's awesome. I have a Canon EOS 20D & I loveeee it to death.

Either $1,000 or $1,200, I forget. I think $1,000. I bought it new from an independent seller on Amazon. I loveeee it.

Cannon Digital Rebel XT here, one of the cheaper DSLRs, but still beats the hell out of any Point and shoots I have owned. 18-55mm lense.

Not yet, I just got the camera and I'm trying to get my lighting situation working for my claymation.

agree with previous comment, partly. your top body shape is great, your legs have got good musculature, and you aren't malnourished or overweight.
but yes, you could do with some toning (don't we all... ) to give yourself some muscle definition and a Tiny bit of PHWOAR!!! factor.
.
but... you do Not need to build huge amounts of muscle to look good. Toned is a long way from looking like mr Eugh-niverse
.
push-ups alone won't achieve that, but they're a start. find yourself an all-round program that includes some squats, some push-ups AND some sit-ups (start with just 10 each, then build up to 30, increasing by five every week), and throw in some running - it only needs 15/20 minutes a day.
you don't need to do huge amounts of any of it, and besides... if you start by burning out your body and ur willpower one day doing five times more than you need, you won't feel like doing it again the next day.
.
the key to getting toned is consistency. do that Modest amount every day, without fail, and within a month you'll have started looking - And FEELING - like a god.
if you've got a heated pool available, and you enjoy swimming, adding some laps in the pool will be a huge plus. nothing exercises the whole body as effectively as swimming.
just don't ask me to lead by example. i am waaaaay past that!

<333 thanks for the advice.

Yeah, the gym is great for me also, as it's got everything I could possibly need, and all the proper gear, it's just motivation ha. So yeah, the excercises would be good for something to do at home every day to keep constant every day so I don't lose is.

Believe it or not I used to have a better body, I swam athletically for 11 years until i quit a few months ago and my excercise levels plummetted.

I'm determined to really improve though :)

Thankss

I happen to know the hottest boy alive, and he got his perfect body from swimming only. It exercises your whole body, its arguably the best cardio exercise out there.

I'm running myself, and its killing my legs, I had to give my self a few days extra rest to recover, it's these damn Posterior Shin Splints. Weight lifting is also good, but watch out for bulk, slenderness is next to godliness.

The key to gettign into shape is first gettign your body used to it (as I learned the hard way) then increasing the intensity over time. I record all my run times and schedule my runs for the whole month in advance, if i abort a run for any reason I make it up, I may however cancel a run in order to give myself extra time to recover after burning out. But you can't let yourself make any excuses for yourself, you need to follow your exercise regiment religiously. The older you get the more you will wish you had exercised in the past if you neglect to, and right now is the time to start, before you hit your twenties and your metabolism drops like a rock, thus leading to a undesirable body, make these years count, exercise at your own pace but be relentless, if that makes any sense.
